This timepiece is from the Japanese Seasons collection Ð designs inspired by the twenty four ÔSekkiÕ or seasons in Japan; since ancient times these changes in the weather and nature have been incorporated into Japanese daily life.
The dial is inspired by a crisp bright moonlit night Ð ÒtsukiyoÓ Ð after a warm autumnal day; the night is quiet except for the last of the chirping crickets as the last of the summer ebbs away.
