What This Warranty Covers
This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. Coverage begins on your purchase date and extends for 12 months.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, drops, impacts, or excessive force.
- Issues caused by improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
- Normal wear including scratches, scuffs, or finish fading.
- Water damage beyond the manufacturer's specified resistance rating.
- Repairs, modifications, or service performed by unauthorized third parties.
- Consequential damages such as loss of use or income.
- Batteries, unless failure results directly from a covered manufacturing defect.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, contact our service team at (973) 997-6408 or hello@pulsetimepieces.com. We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for returning your watch safely to our service center.
Our Warranty Service
For valid claims, Pulse Timepieces will repair or replace the defective timepiece with a comparable model at our discretion. We cover return shipping costs for repaired or replaced watches to your address.
Important Terms
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from Pulse Timepieces.
- Proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) is required for all claims.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to update these terms as needed.
