How often should I service my watch?
Every 3-5 years for mechanical/automatic watches, or sooner if accuracy issues, moisture, or unusual behavior appear.
What does a full service include?
Complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, part replacement, lubrication, timing regulation, water resistance testing, and optional case polishing.
How much does servicing cost?
Basic overhauls: $450-$1,200* depending on brand/complexity. Vintage restoration: $800*+. Quotes provided after inspection.
Will polishing be done automatically?
No — polishing is optional and quoted separately to preserve original patina unless requested.
Is my watch insured during service?
Yes — all watches are fully insured while in our possession, with secure handling and tracking.
Do you service all brands?

What if my watch needs expensive parts?
We'll provide a detailed quote before proceeding. You approve all costs before work begins.
Does your service come with a warranty
Absolutely — all servicing and restoration work performed by Pulse Timepieces includes our 1-year warranty covering labor and parts we install.
