From Diagnosis to Perfection

Our 4-Step Service Process

1. Initial Assessment & Quote

Bring or ship your watch for our free initial inspection. Our experts evaluate condition, diagnose issues, and provide a detailed quote with timeline and costs — typically within 24 hours.

2. Complete Disassembly & Cleaning

The watch is fully disassembled. Every component — movement, case, bracelet — is ultrasonically cleaned, inspected, and photographed. Worn parts are identified for replacement with OEM equivalents.

3. Precision Rebuild & Testing

Clean components are reassembled with manufacturer-grade lubricants. Movements are regulated for accuracy (±2-4 seconds/day), water resistance tested, and functional tests run for 24-72 hours. Case and bracelet receive optional polishing.

4. Final Quality Check & Return

Your restored timepiece undergoes final aesthetic and performance verification. You'll receive a detailed service report, photos, and insured return shipping. Full warranty on all work performed.
