Shipping policy

Handling Time: Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. In rare cases where an item needs to be sourced or verified, please allow up to 10 business days for shipping. We’ll always keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Method: All timepieces are shipped via FedEx Overnight, fully insured for their declared value. For security reasons, delivery is made to your nearest FedEx Office location or verified business address. Please note that insurance does not cover residential deliveries for high-value items. To ensure a smooth handoff, the name on your order must match your government-issued ID when retrieving your package from FedEx.
