Refund policy

1. Returns and Refunds:
   Due to the high value and nature of our products, we may sometimes offer refunds within 3 days of when your products tracking number shows "Delivered", no always will we accept a return. If we do accept the return, the watch must be in the same condition it was received in. We carefully inspect and video record the condition of each timepiece before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a watch arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Any approved returns MUST come back in the same exact condition it was received in.
2. Warranty:
   All watches when purchased directly from us and not on 3rd party websites such as Ebay or Chrono24 are covered by a 1 year warranty on the movement from Pulse Timepieces. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents or misuse, or water damage unless the watch is explicitly designated as water-resistant.
