Shipping Times
- In-Stock Items: Ready to ship same business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Price on Request / Special Orders: Shipped within 2–5 business days from order date, as these items are sourced from our verified suppliers.
All shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery.
Pre-Shipment Process
Before any watch leaves our facility:
- Your timepiece is pulled from inventory and verified against the website listing.
- Original box, papers, and accessories are matched to the product description.
- Our expert watchmakers perform final testing using professional equipment to confirm cosmetic condition, timing accuracy, and water resistance (when applicable).
