Cartier Santos de Cartier Large WSSA0018 2026 Silvered - Full Set - Brand New
Designed by Louis Cartier in 1904 for the aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont, the Santos is the watch that established the wristwatch as serious equipment, and the exposed bezel screws that still define it were drawn straight from the aircraft engineering of the period; the current generation is the most refined version yet, squarer and slimmer than its predecessors and fitted with the QuickSwitch system for tool-free strap changes and SmartLink for adjusting the bracelet by hand, all driven by the in-house caliber 1847 MC automatic with an antimagnetic shield and around 40 hours of reserve. This large 39.8mm steel example is brand new — the factory protective film is still on the caseback and the hang tag remains attached — with a flawless silvered opaline dial, crisp Roman numerals, blued-steel sword hands and the faceted blue spinel set into the seven-sided crown; it arrives as a full set with the additional tan calfskin QuickSwitch strap and is backed by our own 1 Year Movement Warranty.
